We currently ship anywhere within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is 100% FREE across South Africa – no hidden charges or surprises at checkout.


3. How Long Does Delivery Take?

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your order in real-time.


4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.


5. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

Not in love with your order? We've got your back.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we can make it better.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:

  • The item is in its original condition

  • It hasn’t been used or damaged

  • It’s returned in the original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase


2. Return Process

To start a return, email us at info.coreandcomfortza@gmail.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll guide you through the return process from there.


3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you simply change your mind, return shipping will be at your expense.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Exchanges

Need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item? We’ll send a new one at no extra cost once we've received and confirmed the return.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Products returned after 30 days
